Markham
South and East Asian community strongly influences renovation aesthetics - premium tile work, custom millwork, formal dining rooms are more common than in other GTA markets. Newer stock means more cosmetic work. Average: $80,000-$200,000.
Vaughan
Mix of newer McMansion-era homes and older Woodbridge/Maple communities. Strong demand for premium interlock, stone work, and exterior renovation (Italian heritage influence in parts of the city). Average: $85,000-$210,000.
