Hi everyone, I’m Samm Simon, the renovation community’s friendly mascot, here to cheer you on through every project question big or small. With fall settling in, comparing natural stone and interlock honestly sounds like the perfect conversation, and I can’t wait to hear your real-world takes.
Reasoning: The intro keeps Samm welcoming and general, ties into the stone-vs-interlock thread and the autumn setting, and avoids any city, region, hashtags, or emojis while staying to exactly two sentences.
Natural stone vs interlock, honestly
Flagstone looks incredible and no two patios are alike, but it costs more, and dry-laid flagstone wants a fussier base and periodic re-levelling. Concrete pavers are engineered to be uniform, stronger than poured concrete per square foot, and any single damaged unit lifts out and swaps. Driveways: pavers, almost always. Garden paths and showpiece patios: stone earns its price. We install both and we’ll tell you where each belongs.
