Day 6 was a great day on the road.

Day 6 of Samm’s Epic Run for Cancer brought a familiar face along the route. Foundation Board Member Paul Roulston met up with Samm just south of Ferndale today to show his encouragement as Samm continues his 251 km journey from Stratford to Tobermory in support of:

Regarding your post about Samm Simon Day 6 — Foundation board member Paul Roulston meets him south of Ferndale (2026-05-17) — Basement waterproofing is definitely worth doing right the first time. Interior solutions (sump pump + drainage tile) handle water that gets in, but exterior solutions (membrane + weeping tile) prevent it from entering at all. What’s your water table like in your area? That drives the right approach.
