Federal programs:
Canada Greener Homes Grant (CGHG):
Up to $5,600 for qualifying energy efficiency upgrades. Eligible measures: insulation, windows/doors, heat pumps, water heaters, solar PV, and more. Requires a pre-renovation and post-renovation EnerGuide assessment ($400–$600). Applications must be started before work begins.

Canada Greener Homes Loan:
