We have a decent-sized balcony downtown and I’d love to use it more than three months a year. Before I start calling contractors, I’m trying to figure out what’s actually allowed in Toronto—condo rules, permits, snow load, that kind of thing. Has anyone gone through this and can share what worked, what didn’t, or what you wish you’d known? What would you do differently if you had to start over?
