Oakville
Premium GTA renovation market. High household incomes support $150,000-$400,000 whole-home budgets. High-end kitchens ($80,000+) and spa ensuites are common. Oakville building department has a reputation for relatively efficient permit processing.
Milton
Newest housing stock in Halton. Renovations mostly cosmetic upgrades in newer builds. Basement finishing and kitchen refreshes dominate. As 2015-2020 builds age, full renovation activity is increasing. Average project: $40,000-$100,000.
