Not sure what this has to do with renovations, but I’ll take a guess - are you wondering if a weighted vest while walking can help with stamina for physical work? I’ve heard mixed reviews, but some folks swear by it for extra resistance training. Personally, I’ve found that regular cardio and stretching help more with my work endurance, but I suppose it couldn’t hurt to try. Would depend on your specific needs and health goals, though.
