Project overview (about.md)

Renovation ($RENO)

What is the project?

Renovation ($RENO) is the Solana SPL reward token of home.renovation.reviews — a Toronto-rooted home-renovation forum operated by LF Builders. It replaces the usual forum karma with a token members actually own: every helpful review, answer, and completed quest credits $RENO to a real wallet, and every payout is recorded on a public, permanent ledger.

  • Create-to-Earn: post topics, leave helpful replies, give and receive likes, win feed upvotes, and complete server-verified quests — all credit $RENO.
  • Stake-to-Earn: stake $RENO into the Meteora M3M3 vault to share the RENO/SOL pool’s swap-fee revenue and earn a 1.5× boost on forum earnings.
  • Transparency: the reward engine is open source, and the mint, treasury, staking vault, and liquidity pool are all publicly viewable on Solana.

The mint authority is renounced and the supply cap is immutable.

What makes it different

  1. Ownable contribution. Rewards are a transferable Solana token in your own wallet — not points locked inside a website.

  2. Enforced, not promised. Every reward rule lives in the open-source discourse-coin-engine and is checked server-side against real account data. Quests, votes, tips, and stakes are all re-validated; the client is never trusted.

  3. Real on-chain yield. Stake2Earn routes actual RENO/SOL trading fees back to committed stakers via Meteora’s stake-for-fee program, plus a forum-earnings boost for verified on-chain stakers.

  4. Public ledger. Payouts are posted to the $RENO Payment Ledger, cross-referenceable to Solana transactions.

Renovation ($RENO) Token Information

0. What is $RENO?

Renovation ($RENO) is the Solana SPL reward token of the home.renovation.reviews community forum, operated by LF Builders. Members earn $RENO for real contributions — reviews, guides, answers, likes, quests — and can stake it on-chain to share trading-fee revenue. The reward rules are enforced by the open-source discourse-coin-engine, and every payout is written to a public ledger.

  • Earn: topics, replies, likes, feed upvotes, and server-verified quests credit $RENO.
  • Stake: lock $RENO in the Meteora M3M3 vault to share RENO/SOL swap fees + a 1.5× forum-earnings boost.
  • Verify: the mint, treasury, staking vault, and liquidity pool are all publicly viewable on Solana.

The mint authority is renounced (no new supply can be created) and the cap is immutable.

4. Where the supply actually sits (Solscan top-10 snapshot)

The top 10 wallets hold 62.04% of supply (~2.71B RENO). The largest accounts are working infrastructure, not private holdings:

# Wallet Balance (RENO) % Role
1 6esQow…r37gEt 1,138,242,743.64 26.08% Stake2Earn vault (community-staked $RENO + rewards)
2 9qbLnV…fkiqvR 765,117,202.02 17.53% Operational treasury (reward payouts, maintenance, jobs)
3 Meteora (RENO) Vault 250,307,772.53 5.73% RENO/SOL liquidity pool
4 Fkizpo…rGn9HE 100,000,000.00 2.29% Token owner / deployer
5 AXPBgx…S7uYMM 91,724,172.47 2.10% Community holder
6 mcNms4…4x4oH9 81,796,109.22 1.87% Community holder
7 Df95DZ…VtqLwp 80,196,262.00 1.83% Community holder
8 5Wq33n…wrLxHv 72,063,697.71 1.65% Community holder

About 1.11B RENO (~25.5% of supply) is actively staked in the Stake2Earn vault. The operational treasury is itself the single largest staker, so the operator earns yield on the same terms as the community.

SocialFi category description (category.md)

SocialFi

Renovation ($RENO) sits at the intersection of social engagement and decentralized finance. On home.renovation.reviews, members don’t just post and comment — they earn a real Solana token for their contributions, and can put it to work on-chain.

  • Create-to-Earn: helpful guides, reviews, answers, likes, and upvotes are rewarded with $RENO through a single, server-verified code path.
  • Stake-to-Earn: $RENO staked into the Meteora M3M3 vault shares the RENO/SOL pool’s swap-fee revenue and earns a 1.5× boost on forum earnings.
  • Verifiable: rewards are enforced by the open-source discourse-coin-engine and recorded on a public payment ledger, with the mint, treasury, staking vault, and liquidity pool all viewable on Solana.

This blend of content-driven growth and on-chain incentives places Renovation.Reviews squarely in the SocialFi narrative. By rewarding creators, experts, and enthusiasts with an asset they truly own, $RENO turns a traditional renovation forum into a transparent, value-sharing community.
