I’ve been working on a free browser-based tool for contractors called Contractor Job Tools. The idea is simple: get the paperwork done without signing up for another monthly software subscription. You can create estimates, work orders, service reports and invoices, reuse your business details, customers, job sites, materials and services, and carry the same job information through the full workflow from estimate to invoice. There’s no signup, no subscription and no document limit.
One thing I wanted to do differently is keep the workspace local. Your customers, jobs, prices and documents stay in your browser instead of being uploaded to our cloud. The goal isn’t to replace Jobber, Housecall Pro or a full field-service platform. It’s meant for contractors who just want a fast, simple way to handle paperwork without setting up another complicated system.
