I think exterior renovations are just as important as interior upgrades because the outside of a home creates the first impression immediately.
Simple improvements like fresh exterior paint, better lighting, landscaping, walkway upgrades, or a modern front door can completely improve curb appeal without requiring a full rebuild.
What I also find interesting is that outdoor renovations often increase both comfort and property value at the same time. A clean and welcoming exterior changes how the entire home feels before even stepping inside.
Sometimes small outdoor upgrades can make a bigger visual difference than expensive interior changes.
What exterior renovation do you think gives the biggest impact for the money spent?
