- Outage Reporting & Emergency Response — 24/7 outage line for power interruptions in the service area
- Distribution Infrastructure — Owns and maintains all poles, transformers, meters, and distribution lines to residential and commercial customers
- Rates & Billing — Regulated distribution rates apply across the service area; for competitive retail electricity supply, Atco Energy is the affiliated retail arm
