Here are the most effective options:

For General Dirt & Yellow Stains

Tile cleaner with hydrochloric acid (HCl) works fast on cement and hard stains.

Examples: Harpic, Hypo (for whitening)

:warning: Do not leave acid too long on tiles. Rinse quickly with plenty of water.

For Black Mold & Bathroom Stains: Bleach (sodium hypochlorite), Hydrogen peroxide cleaner

Mold remover sprays: Mix bleach with water and scrub using a hard brush.

For Cement Stains After Tiling: Diluted muriatic acid / tile acid cleaner
