Shop updates, product discussions, and buying help for Home Renovation Reviews. Anyone can browse and buy; Veteran members may start seller topics.
Buying from the shop
- Browse the shop and choose Canada/CAD or United States/USD. Prices include standard shipping to the selected country; availability and the shipping route are checked before checkout.
- Add products to the shared cart, sign in, and pay through Stripe Checkout. Agent Garrett processes payments for Home Renovation Reviews. Any tax charged appears before payment.
- View your purchase in My orders. For HRR-selected products, HRR shares the delivery name, address, phone number, and purchased items with our fulfillment partner to arrange shipment. HRR handles order questions and refunds; tracking appears in My orders when available.
A product page may show an estimated shipping transit time when available. Order preparation and local delivery can add time, so it is not a promised arrival date. A country-level shipping check is not a final address guarantee. If delivery to the address supplied at checkout is unavailable, HRR will review the order and contact the buyer. For a faster route, ask in that product’s linked discussion before buying; express shipping is not yet an option at checkout.
Product questions, comments, and deals
Open the discussion linked from a product page to ask about fit, use, photos, delivery, or an order. Community replies are open to everyone and are not verified-purchase reviews. A crossed-out regular price appears only when shop staff have checked a recent comparison price; the price charged is the sale price shown at checkout.
Selling through HRR
Only members of the Veteran group may apply to sell or prepare listings. Sign in and request to join that group, explaining what you sell, where you ship from, and how you handle orders. After group approval, use Sell on HRR to submit a seller application. Shop staff review the application and private product drafts. Independent seller payments and public listings open only after payout onboarding and a separate marketplace review; they are not live yet.
Everyone can read this category and reply with product or order questions. Veteran members can start new shop topics. Keep product claims accurate and link to the actual shop listing when discussing an item.
