I like the idea of Batt Insulation on the walls just because the chemicals of spray foam are a tad questionable. But.. I would do spray foam on the roofline so I can use that conditioned attic space. If money wasn’t a concern I’d even wrap the exterior with a foam, I really like the idea of Zip-R Sheathing because Swipe or use ↑ ↓ to keep watching.
