🚨 ROOF REPAIR FAIL! Just because someone says they fixed your roof doesn’t mean they actually fixed the problem! This homeowner hired someone to repair a damaged roof shingle. But when I inspected the work, I discovered they had simply cut a shingle, slid it underneath the existing shingles, and left MULTIPLE roofing nails exposed! 🤦‍♂️ Exposed roofing nails can create entry points for water, potentially leading to leaks, wood rot, and expensive repairs. 🏠 HOMEOWNERS: Don’t assume a roof repair Swipe or use ↑ ↓ to keep watching.
