Unit 2 Is 40% Done — Renovating a 20-Unit Apartment Building #shorts

Unit 2 at the 20-unit is about 40% there. Bathroom’s gutted with a new tub going in and the same surround we used in Unit 1, painting’s done in a new tan color, and flooring goes down this weekend — probably two and a half days of LVP. Countertops for the remaining four units all get installed on the 21st, then it’s cabinet hardware, a new stove and refrigerator, and this small two-bed is ready. Windows come end of November.
