During inspection, it was observed that old frames were worn, seals were broken, and glass panes were inefficient at insulating rooms. Renovation addressed these problems by replacing broken panes with double-glass units, sealing gaps, and reinforcing frames. Materials that provide better thermal insulation were chosen, and attention was given to proper fitting to prevent air leaks. After renovation, indoor temperature became easier to control. The building required less heating or cooling, reducing energy consumption and costs. Windows also performed better visually, making the rooms brighter while remaining comfortable. Conclusion Renovating windows improves energy efficiency and reduces utility costs.
