![BALLROOM-1](https://renovation-reviews.storage.googleapis.com/original/2X/6/69142d8bf7defb15db46182350b2d451396a2e66.jpeg) Okay, so, get this , they’ve actually kicked off construction on a totally new ballroom at the White House! We’re talking a $200 million project, and the goal is to have it all wrapped up before President Trump’s time in office is over. Clark Construction and AECOM, those big-deal construction companies, are the ones calling the shots on this. That pretty much means they’re aiming for top-notch work and to keep things moving along at a good pace. What’s kind of cool is that the money for this isn’t coming from taxes. It’s all from private donations, which is why they were able to get the ball rolling faster on the plans and build. Now, when it’s all said and done, this new ballroom is going to be a classy, updated spot for all sorts of official White House stuff – events, ceremonies, you name it. It’ll not only make the place work better for hosting but also give the White House a bit of a swanky upgrade. **Basically** , this whole White House Ballroom thing is a pretty big deal. Big name companies are in charge, and private money is getting it done. When it’s finished, it’ll give the White House a more modern feel and make it a better place to hold important events. It’s like giving a historic landmark a fresh, new look while still keeping its original charm, you know? This is going to be a place where history continues to be made, but in a space that’s ready for today’s world. And since it’s all paid for by donations, it’s a win-win for everyone. No tax dollars are spent, and the White House gets a great upgrade. Imagine all the fancy parties and important meetings that are going to happen there! ---
