Which jobs must happen before others (air‑sealing before insulation; roof before solar; drainage before interior finishes)?

Okay, here’s the plan: First, we’ll secure the basic structure and take care of drainage to manage water flow. Next, we’ll fix the roof to keep everything dry. Then, we’ll seal it up tight before adding insulation. After that, we’ll install the mechanical systems and do the initial wiring and plumbing, before adding the final touches. Solar panels or other extras go on after the building is sealed and protected from the elements.
