# Walkers Point Construction Inc — Muskoka Carpentry & Property Services in Gravenhurst, ON

Walkers Point Construction is a small, locally-owned carpentry and property-services outfit serving the Muskoka Lakes from the Walkers Point community just north of Gravenhurst. With 10+ years on the tools, the crew’s bread-and-butter is the Muskoka cottage owner’s running punch list — the docks, decks, fences, siding, trim, and framing that keep a waterfront property standing up to Lake Muskoka winters.

## Services

- **Docks and decks** — seasonal dock work, rebuilds, and cottage deck construction sized for Muskoka granite shorelines.
- **Fences** — residential and cottage property fencing.
- **Siding** — exterior cladding and cottage-envelope carpentry.
- **Trim carpentry** — interior and exterior finishing.
- **Framing** — new builds, additions, and structural repair work.
- **Septic coordination** — a dedicated WPC-Septic section on the company site indicates septic install and service coordination alongside the carpentry crew.

## Service area

Walkers Point, Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Port Carling, and the Lake Muskoka shoreline communities. Cottage-centric work with a focus on repeat-client relationships rather than mass-market scope.

## Why it is on home.renovation.reviews

Small-shop Muskoka specialists round out the directory alongside the larger Gravenhurst anchors. Cottagers often prefer a small crew for annual maintenance, dock rebuilds, and small additions over booking a full-service GC, and Walkers Point fills that slot well for the east side of Lake Muskoka.
