# VUJOVICH Design Build Inc — award-winning remodeling in Minneapolis, MN (est. 1977)

Vujovich has been designing and building homes in the Twin Cities since 1977. That’s close to 50 years as one continuous design-build firm, which is rare at any quality level in residential remodeling. Based at 275 Market St, Suite 521, Minneapolis, MN 55405; phone (612) 338-2020. License BC006077 (State of Minnesota).

Their BuildZoom score of 114 puts them in the top 2% of 77,973 licensed contractors across Minnesota. The award count: six national, fourteen regional, and forty-three Minnesota-level awards from NARI and related industry bodies, plus ongoing Houzz recognition for design and client service.

## Services

Projects start at $50,000. The range goes from luxury bathroom and kitchen remodels through complete whole-home transformations, period home renovations, and custom new home construction. The design-build model keeps one team across both the architectural scope and the construction — which matters on complex projects where design decisions and construction realities need constant coordination.

Period home work is a particular strength. The Twin Cities has significant early-twentieth-century housing stock, and renovating those homes well requires a different approach than production remodeling. Vujovich’s long history in the market means they’ve worked on most of the common conditions.

## Service area

Minneapolis and the Twin Cities metro. Most projects are in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and inner-ring suburbs.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Nearly fifty years of operation, top-2% MN BuildZoom standing, and national-level award recognition puts Vujovich in a small category of Twin Cities contractors. The clear pick for a high-end kitchen or bath remodel, or any period home that needs careful handling.
