# Vision Builders — Custom Home Building & Renovation in Rutland County, VT

Vision Builders is a licensed, fully insured custom home builder based in Vermont. The company focuses on new home construction and renovation work across Rutland County, with a particular footprint in Killington and Woodstock. Mudroom builds are a specialty — a practical differentiator given Vermont’s seasonal demands — and the team handles full custom builds from site selection through final finish.

## Services

- Custom home construction — designed around the client’s lot, budget, and timeline
- Mudroom renovations — functional entry systems built for Vermont winters
- New home constructions — full-build from foundation to handover
- General residential renovation — scope varies by project, assessments provided upfront

## Service area

Killington, Woodstock, Rutland, and surrounding Rutland County communities.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Vermont’s custom home market is relatively thin outside of the Burlington metro. Vision Builders fills an important gap in the Rutland County segment — covering Killington and Woodstock, where vacation-to-primary conversions are common and renovation demand is steady. The company’s licensing and insurance credentials were verified before inclusion.
