# Vardy’s Construction — Kitchen Renovations & Custom Home Building in Halifax, NS

Vardy’s Construction is a locally owned Halifax renovation and home building company that works across two distinct project types: kitchen renovations and custom home construction. The company holds a perfect 5-star rating from clients, and the review pattern reflects consistent delivery — not the kind of rating built on a few exceptional projects surrounded by mediocre ones. For homeowners who want the principals involved throughout a project rather than handed off after the contract is signed, that consistency is a meaningful differentiator.

## Services

- **Kitchen renovations** — full kitchen transformation projects covering layout, cabinetry, countertops, and finish work for Halifax homeowners
- **Custom home building** — ground-up residential construction for clients who want a home designed around their requirements rather than pulled from a builder’s standard plan set
- **General home renovation** — targeted renovation projects where an experienced local contractor handles all aspects of the work

## Service area

Halifax, Nova Scotia, and surrounding communities in the Halifax Regional Municipality.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Locally owned renovation companies in Halifax tend to compete differently than franchise operations. Vardy’s owner-involved approach means clients aren’t getting a bait-and-switch on crew quality after mobilization — the people who sold the project stay engaged through completion.
