# Vantage Build — Custom Home Design & Renovation in Rothesay, NB

Vantage Build operates out of Rothesay, New Brunswick, offering a holistic approach to residential renovation and custom design that sets it apart from straightforward trade contractors. Led by Jeff Kitchen, the company blends thoughtful design planning with hands-on construction execution — a combination that appeals to homeowners who want both the look and the longevity of a well-conceived renovation. Where many contractors start swinging hammers as soon as a scope is agreed upon, Vantage Build invests time in the design phase, ensuring that material choices, spatial layouts, and finish selections are fully resolved before construction begins — a practice that reduces costly change orders and produces more cohesive final results.

## Services

- **Custom Home Design:** Integrated design-build planning that aligns aesthetic goals with structural and budget realities before a single wall comes down — a disciplined process that protects clients from mid-project surprises.
- **Kitchen Renovations:** Full remodels with an emphasis on layout optimization, material selection, and finishes that hold up over time, delivered with the same design rigor applied to custom builds.
- **Bathroom Transformations:** Spa-style renovations and practical upgrades for master ensuites, main baths, and powder rooms — spaces where good design has an outsized impact on daily life quality.
- **Whole-Home Renovations:** Multi-phase projects that systematically modernize older Saint John and Rothesay homes, with phasing strategies that let families remain comfortable while work progresses.

## Service Area

Rothesay, Saint John, Quispamsis, and neighbouring communities in the Greater Saint John region of New Brunswick.
