# Top Notch Construction & Renovations Ltd — Renovation Contractor in Kingsville, ON

Top Notch Construction & Renovations Ltd is a small, owner-operated Kingsville builder working kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and select new-construction projects across Essex County. The firm has operated for over a decade under owner Mike with a nimble 3-to-5-person crew that scales seasonally with the regional construction cycle.

Recent project work includes a new-construction home at 86 Pearl Street East in Kingsville — a useful local reference for homeowners who want to see the crew’s finish quality on a ground-up build rather than a purely renovation portfolio.

## Services

- Kitchen renovations and custom cabinetry coordination
- Bathroom remodels from tub-to-tile surround swaps through full-gut refits
- Additions and new-construction single-family homes (ground-up scope)
- General renovation packages adapted to each season’s crew size

## Service area

Based **just outside Kingsville, Ontario** with active project work across Kingsville, Leamington, Essex, Lakeshore, and the surrounding Essex County towns. Website: [topnotchgroup.ca](http://topnotchgroup.ca/).

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Top Notch fits the owner-operator / small-crew profile that homeowners often prefer for medium-scope renovation packages — close communication with the lead, consistent crew across trades, and a local reference project publicly viewable on the south side of town. It complements the larger family-run firms in the Kingsville sub-cluster without duplicating their scope.
