## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

A top-1% BuildZoom score from a pool of 222,249 Texas contractors is a concrete credential rather than a self-reported one. Customer feedback specifically cites no surprise costs or schedule changes — which tends to be exactly the complaint that drives negative reviews for contractors in this category. Together Design & Build is one of the few Austin listings here that actively takes commercial projects, which makes it useful for a slightly different reader.
