TMK Construction is based in Martins Ferry, Ohio — a small city on the Ohio River directly across from Wheeling — and specializes in metal roof installations alongside broader home renovation work. The company rates 4.4 out of 5 from 32 reviews. Client feedback calls out the quality of the roofing work specifically, with one reviewer noting a “beautiful roof” as the headline result. Metal roofing is a specialty that requires different installation knowledge than asphalt shingles — proper seam handling, thermal expansion accommodation, and flashing work all affect long-term performance. A contractor whose portfolio includes metal roof installs alongside general renovation covers both envelope and interior needs from one source.
