# Timber and Love — design-build & renovation in Boise, ID

Timber and Love was founded in 2015 by Luke Caldwell, one of the principals behind HGTV’s “Boise Boys.” The company is at 3024 W Fairview Ave in Boise and combines design, construction, and real estate under one organization. That’s a less common setup than it sounds: most design-build firms are either architecture-led or contractor-led, with one side feeling bolted on. Timber and Love has been running both sides since the beginning.

They carry a 4.9-star rating from 39 client reviews. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM.

## Services

The company offers design-build remodeling, new construction, realtor services, property management, and vacation rental setup. On the interior design side: kitchen design, bathroom design, bedroom design, living room and dining room design, furniture selection, color consulting, space planning, and kids’ bedroom design. The scope covers everything from a design consultation through the full build.

## Service area

Timber and Love works throughout the Boise metro and surrounding communities in the Treasure Valley.

## What to expect

Working with a firm that handles design and construction together means fewer hand-off problems between drawing and building. The property management arm is a separate service line that extends the relationship beyond the renovation itself. For investment property owners or buyers planning a renovation before moving in, that continuity is useful.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Luke Caldwell’s television background brings name recognition, but what makes Timber and Love worth including here is the practical scope: design, build, and property management from one contact in a market where finding all three together is harder than it should be.
