# The Rustic Parger — general contractor in Carleton Place, ON

The Rustic Parger is a 5-star building contractor based in Carleton Place, Ontario. With 6 reviews and a perfect rating, the business serves Lanark County homeowners looking for renovation and general contracting work in a market that sits between Ottawa’s suburban reach and the more rural Ottawa Valley interior.

The name “parger” refers to the traditional craft of applying decorative plasterwork — a signal that this contractor values finish quality and craft, not just structural completion. Whether that specialization carries through to their current scope or is more of a branding origin, the 5-star record suggests clients come away satisfied.

## Services

- **General contracting** — project coordination and construction management for residential renovation scopes
- **Home renovation** — interior renovation work common to Carleton Place’s housing stock, which includes both older homes in the downtown core and newer builds in the expanding residential areas near the Mississippi River
- **Finish work** — given the name’s origin in decorative plasterwork, finish-level detail on walls and surfaces is likely a strength

## Service area

Carleton Place and Lanark County. Address: 23 Willow Shore Way, Carleton Place, ON K7C 0B1. Phone: (613) 408-5675.
