# That Reno Guy Ltd — Home Renovation Contractor in Edmonton, AB

That Reno Guy Ltd is an Edmonton-based residential renovation company providing hands-on renovation services across the Edmonton metro area. The company operates under a direct owner-operator model — one contact from first estimate through final walkthrough, no handoffs to sub-crews mid-project, and full accountability at each stage of construction.

Edmonton’s 1970s-through-1990s housing stock is hitting the renovation trigger point in large numbers. Kitchens and bathrooms last touched 30 or more years ago are now the priority on a significant portion of the city’s single-family homes, and that demand suits contractors who can scope accurately, pull permits without friction, and manage expectations through the build. The owner-operator format means the person who writes the estimate is the person on site.

## Services

- Kitchen renovations: cabinet replacement and refinishing, countertop upgrades (quartz, laminate, butcher block), tile and backsplash installation, and trade rough-in coordination
- Bathroom renovations: complete gut-and-rebuild or targeted fixture-upgrade scopes including walk-in showers, soaker tubs, and in-floor electric heating
- Basement development: open-concept layouts, partitioned bedroom and rec-room builds, and framing to accommodate legal secondary suite conversions
- General interior renovation: flooring, drywall, painting, trim, and finish carpentry coordinated under a single point of contact

## Service area

Edmonton and the surrounding metro area, including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Leduc, and Beaumont.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Edmonton’s housing stock is skewing older — a wave of 1970s through 1990s homes is now hitting the renovation trigger point where kitchens and bathrooms last touched 30+ years ago become the priority. That Reno Guy’s owner-operator model suits homeowners who want to deal directly with the decision-maker, not a business-development rep who hands off to a crew they have never met.
