# Terziano Construction — Custom Homes, Renovations, Decks and Docks in Huntsville, ON (Since 1984)

Terziano Construction has been a working Muskoka builder since 1984 — forty-plus years of custom homes, renovations, additions, and the decks and docks that go with them, all run out of a Huntsville base in North Muskoka. The shop is intentionally small: the stated philosophy is to stay compact enough that the same builder who quotes a project is the one walking the site.

## Services

- New custom home construction — from sketch through finishing, with full contractor-of-record responsibility.
- Renovations and additions — whole-house remodels, second-storey additions, and kitchen-and-bath-led updates.
- Decks, docks and outdoor structures — a significant share of the annual book of work given the lake-front property mix.
- Cottage builds and renovations — single-season or four-season, with experience across Muskoka, Parry Sound and Haliburton.

## Service Area

Huntsville is the anchor, but Terziano has worked across virtually every corner of the Muskoka / Parry Sound / Haliburton triangle — from Huntsville proper out to Dorset, Kearney, Dwight, the Muskoka Lakes, and the smaller communities through Algonquin Highlands. The Muskoka Builders Association directory confirms them as a regional member contractor.

## Why it is on home.renovation.reviews

Forty years of continuous operation is rare in any residential market and especially rare in cottage country, where many small builders come and go inside a decade. Terziano anchors our North Muskoka roster specifically because the long tenure makes it easier to verify their workmanship and their warranty posture.
