# Sweeney DesignBuild — Home Expansions & Custom Renovations in Shelburne, VT

Sweeney DesignBuild is based in Shelburne, Vermont and works with homeowners who need more than a cosmetic refresh. Their projects tend toward home expansions and layout overhauls — the kind of work that requires someone who can see the whole picture before swinging a hammer. Their motto cuts right to it: “You can build it bigger. You can build it better. We make sure you build it right.” Client reviews back that up with five-star ratings. The company handles both design and construction in house, which keeps communication cleaner and timelines tighter than splitting those roles between separate firms.

## Services

- Home expansions and additions
- Floor plan redesigns and layout restructuring
- Full renovation project management
- Custom builds with integrated design oversight

## Service area

Shelburne, Vermont and surrounding Chittenden County communities.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

A design-build firm that consistently earns five-star reviews on expansion projects is worth spotlighting. Sweeney’s work tends toward the structural end of renovation — projects where having one team handle both design and build actually matters to the outcome.
