# Swank Construction Ltd — Custom Residential & Commercial Builder in Iroquois, SD&G, Eastern Ontario (Since 1958, Multi-Time Tarion Builder of the Year)

Swank Construction Ltd is a **three-generation family builder in Iroquois, Ontario** — on the St. Lawrence River in the **SD&G (Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry)** region of Eastern Ontario. **This is a location correction** : the original listing and tag put Swank in Iroquois **Falls** (Cochrane District, Northern Ontario), which is a different town on a different side of the province. The correct location is Iroquois, ON, at **10781 County Road 2, Iroquois, ON K0E 1K0** , reachable at **613-652-2392** and **office@swankconstruction.ca** , on the web at [swankconstruction.ca](https://www.swankconstruction.ca/). Ron Swank appears in client testimonials as the principal; the firm has been **family-owned and operated since 1958**.

Credentials are unusually deep for this directory: **HCRA Vendor & Builder License #1166** , registered builder since 1986, **Tarion Builder of the Year** recognition in **1998, 2003, and 2018 (finalist)**, with “Builder of the Year” also in **2002, 2004, and 2006**. Every home is backed by the full **7-year Tarion warranty**.

## Services

- **Custom residential construction** — one-off custom homes and major residential additions on rural and village lots
- **Commercial construction** — office buildings, community centres, storage buildings, and agricultural machine sheds
- **Design-build management** across both residential and commercial lanes

## Service Area

**Iroquois, Morrisburg, Winchester, Cornwall, Brockville, Prescott,** and the wider **SD&G (Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry)** plus adjacent **Leeds & Grenville** counties — effectively the St. Lawrence corridor from Kingston toward the Quebec line.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

This is a _significant_ listing for the directory for three reasons. First, it opens a new Eastern-Ontario sub-point in **Iroquois / SD&G** that did not previously exist — pairing with the Napanee / Kingston / L&A County bench (626, 699, 700, 701, 702) to stretch the Eastern-Ontario spine further east. Second, **1958 founding** ties with L. Patten & Sons (Collingwood) as the directory’s second-oldest continuously-operating firm, behind only Pat Noble Lumber (1949). Third, the **multiple Tarion Builder of the Year** wins and HCRA license number put Swank in a very small credential tier — this is the first Builder-of-the-Year-award-tracked anchor on this directory.
