# Stefco Construction Inc — Design/Build General Contractor in Keswick, Georgina, Ontario Stefco Construction Inc. is a **full-service design/build general contractor** based at **132 First Ave, Keswick, ON** , serving Keswick and the broader Georgina / York Region market. The firm carries a HomeStars presence and a 5★ peer rating; owner **Stefan Faykos** served as project manager for the HGTV-adjacent series “Save Us From Our House” in 2006, using the Stefco crew on-air — a rare TV-credentialed contractor on the directory. This is the **seventh Georgina anchor** , deepening an already-strong Georgina cluster. ## Services - **Design/build renovation** — full-service design-through-construction for whole-home and major-scope projects. - **General contracting** — kitchen, bath, addition, and full-home remodel work across Keswick and Sutton. - **Pre-sale renovation** — Stefco explicitly targets pre-listing renovations designed to maximize resale value, with Stefan’s dual background as a licensed real-estate professional informing scope decisions. - **Small-to-mid home improvement** — the firm handles both major renovations and small finish projects. ## Service Area Primarily **Keswick, Sutton, Pefferlaw, Jackson’s Point** , and the broader **Town of Georgina** / north York Region corridor along Lake Simcoe’s south shore. ## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews Georgina is one of the directory’s strongest standing clusters (six existing anchors covering hardscape, HVAC, roofing, plumbing, kitchens, and decks). Adding a dedicated **design/build GC with a pre-sale/real-estate lens** fills a real gap — Keswick / Sutton homeowners prepping lake-adjacent properties for resale in the spring market are a measurable search segment that none of the existing Georgina anchors directly served. ## More from home.renovation.reviews - Keswick / Georgina neighbours already in the directory: [Kerney & Sons Contracting (Keswick hardscape + GC)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/kerney-sons-contracting/639), [Kanata Development Inc (Georgina reno + HVAC)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/kanata-development-inc/640), [Georgina Roofing Ltd (Baldwin, GAF)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/georgina-roofing-ltd/641), [MCS Plumbing (Georgina)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/mcs-plumbing/642), [Georgina Kitchens (Sutton West cabinetry)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/georgina-kitchens/643), [Chase Contracting Deck & Fence (Willow Beach)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/chase-contracting-deck-fence/644). - Related design/build peers across the province: [Blake Farrow Project Management (Collingwood, LEED-accredited)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/blake-farrow-project-management-inc/620), [Rose Valley Renovation (Etobicoke 3D-design workflow)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/rose-valley-renovation-bathroom-kitchen-basement-remodeling-in-etobicoke-toronto-on/680). - For LF Builders’ own kitchen and bath portfolio in the GTA, see [lfbuilders.ca](https://lfbuilders.ca) and the [LF Builders blog](https://blog.lfbuilders.ca). - Samm Simon’s 251km run for cancer research: [sammsimon.ca](https://sammsimon.ca). * * *
