# St Thomas Home Design & Renovations — Kitchen, Bathroom & Living Space Renovations in St. Thomas, ON St Thomas Home Design & Renovations brings a design-led approach to home renovation in St. Thomas, Ontario. The company works closely with clients from the initial concept stage through to project completion, treating each home as a distinct brief rather than a template to fill. Their core specialties — kitchen renovations, bathroom retreats, and living room refreshes — cover the spaces that most directly affect how homeowners experience their property day to day. ## Services - **Kitchen renovations** — Modern kitchen design and installation covering cabinet replacement, countertop upgrades, backsplash tiling, lighting, and layout optimisation. St Thomas Home Design works with clients whose kitchens range from 1970s-era layouts that need an open-plan conversion to contemporary spaces requiring a focused material refresh. - **Bathroom renovations** — Luxurious bathroom builds and practical refreshes, including full tile-and-fixture replacements, vanity installations, walk-in shower conversions, and soaker tub surrounds. The company describes their output as creating a bathroom retreat — a space that functions efficiently and feels intentional. - **Living room and interior renovations** — Cozy living room renovations encompassing flooring, trim, fireplace surrounds, built-in cabinetry, and paint that ties the whole space together. Interiors are designed to complement the home’s existing architectural character. ## Approach Quality craftsmanship and close client collaboration are described as the twin pillars of every project. St Thomas Home Design & Renovations works from concept to completion without handoffs that dilute accountability — the client deals with the same team throughout. This continuity is particularly valuable in renovation work, where decisions made mid-project require someone with full context to resolve quickly. ## Service Area St. Thomas, Ontario and surrounding Elgin County communities. St. Thomas is experiencing steady growth as a more affordable alternative to London, bringing new homeowners who often purchase older properties requiring meaningful renovation investment. ## Why It’s on home.renovation.reviews Elgin County’s renovation market has limited dedicated directory coverage relative to the GTA.
