# Spire Contracting — General Contractor & Roofing in North Charleston, SC (Est. 2018)

Sean Oddis founded Spire Contracting in 2018 in North Charleston. The company runs two linked operations: a general contracting side covering pre-construction consulting, design-build projects, and construction management, and a roofing arm that handles full replacements, new installations, and repairs in shingles, metal, and low-slope materials. Having both under one roof means a roofing project that uncovers structural issues does not require handing off to a separate contractor.

The company frames its work around three commitments — Respect, Rigor, and Responsibility — and holds a 5-star rating. At eight years old, Spire is still building its long-term track record, but the early reviews across a mixed residential and commercial client base suggest the fundamentals are in place. They are based at 4290 Piggly Wiggly Drive in North Charleston and reachable at (843) 789-0021.

## Services

- Pre-construction consulting and project scoping
- Design-build and construction management for residential and commercial clients
- Full roofing services: replacements, new installations, and repairs
- Roofing materials: asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and low-slope (flat) systems
- General renovation and remodeling in the Charleston tri-county area

## Service area

Charleston, North Charleston, and the greater tri-county Charleston region of South Carolina.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Spire fills a practical gap in the Charleston market — a contractor who can take a project from pre-construction through roofing without splitting responsibility across firms. Founded in 2018, the early 5-star record across both residential and commercial work points in the right direction.
