# Sorg Construction — General Contractor & Custom Home Builder in Qualicum Beach, BC

Sorg Construction is a Qualicum Beach-based general contracting firm founded by licensed builder Daniel Sorg in May 2003. From their base at 1810 Nahmint Road, the firm has built a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship across a genuinely diverse portfolio: custom residential homes, multi-family residences, commercial buildings, large agricultural projects (horse arenas, veterinary clinics), and smaller-scale work like decks and detached workshops. All Sorg Construction projects are protected by the National Home Warranty, and Daniel Sorg is a member in good standing with the BC Homeowner Protection Office — strong consumer protections that meaningfully distinguish them in the Qualicum Beach market.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Daniel Sorg’s 20+ years of licensed building experience, National Home Warranty coverage, and a portfolio that spans everything from backyard decks to horse arenas and commercial builds makes Sorg Construction one of the most versatile contractors in the Qualicum Beach directory. For clients with complex or mixed-use projects, this breadth of scope is rare among local owner-operators on the mid-Island.
