Many people think a house has to be completely renovated before the changes are evident. Meanwhile, some of the improvements that look very expensive are just reasonably priced. Just lights alone have the power to totally alter the mood of a room. Changing harsh white bulbs for warmer lighting immediately softens, calms, and improves the elegance of rooms. Also, a fashionable lamp or contemporary pendant light may provide a beautiful and expensive look without requiring a lot of money. Another underrated tool for change is paint. Applying appropriate colours and a fresh coat will make an aged wall look brand new. Homes look more refined with neutral colors, natural tones, and immaculate finishes than they do with very bright and colors. Small things like swapping ancient cabinet handles and door knobs with modern alternatives will gently improve the look of the whole room. It’s kind of funny how true this is small upgrades end up looking way more high end than people expect, especially when it’s things like lighting, paint, or simple finishing touches that make everything feel more intentional. ---

Not all renovations have to expensive , some have to be cheap to prevent overspending ---

That’s very true. Small upgrades often create the biggest visual difference because they affect the overall atmosphere of a space. Lighting, paint, hardware, and textures can completely refresh a home without the cost of a full renovation. Sometimes thoughtful details make a space feel more expensive than major remodels do. ---

Small changes is also call renovating so I don’t need to wait till I get the whole money before I kick off for renovation
