# Solid Renovation Company — Custom Interior & Exterior Remodeling in Salt Lake City, UT

Solid Renovation Company was founded by two partners whose backgrounds are a useful pairing for a remodeling business: Jeremiah “Jer” Post brought lifelong construction experience, and David Child brought a background in architecture, business, and project management. Together they run a licensed general contracting firm at 2165 E 3300 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84109. David is reachable at 801-656-5678; Jer at 801-560-3559.

## Services

- Custom interior remodeling covering kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and structural layout changes
- Exterior remodeling including facades, additions, and outdoor living areas
- Home additions designed by an architect-trained partner and built by an experienced construction crew

## Service area

Salt Lake City and the surrounding Salt Lake County area.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

The company is unusual in that it was specifically built around a frustration with how contractors typically handle transparency. Both founders cite that as a founding motivation — the kind of thing that shows up in how projects actually run, not just in marketing language. Reviews reflect a contractor that keeps clients informed through each phase without requiring them to chase updates.
