Before renovation, switching on fans, lights, and appliances requires moving around constantly. You forget lights on, can’t control appliances remotely, and power bills increase unnecessarily.

During renovation, wiring upgrades and device installation take effort, and learning to use smart systems may feel confusing for a few days.

After renovation, remote controls, motion sensors, automated lights, smart thermostats, or smart locks make daily life easier — especially for elderly people. Energy use becomes more efficient.

Real tip: Start small with key areas (living room, entrance, outdoor lights) instead of installing smart gadgets everywhere.
