# SH Interior/Exterior by Steven Heon — Tile & Renovation Specialist in Airdrie, AB

SH Interior/Exterior Home Renovations is an owner-operated renovation company run by Steven Heon, a tradesperson with 25 years in the construction industry and a specific deep expertise that’s increasingly rare: 12 years of hands-on experience with Schluter Systems — the shower waterproofing and tile-edge system that professional tilers and bathroom designers specify on high-end projects. Based in the Calgary/Airdrie area and operating under the website [sehcontracting.ca](https://sehcontracting.ca/), Steven has been serving clients since 2005 with a 5-star customer satisfaction record across 7 reviews.

Owner-operated companies like SH Interior/Exterior tend to attract clients who want accountability built into the work — every tile set, every membrane waterproofed, every piece of hardie siding installed is done by the person who answered your phone call. That consistency shows in the reviews.

## Why It’s on home.renovation.reviews

Schluter-certified installation experience is a meaningful differentiator in tile and bathroom work — shower leaks caused by improper waterproofing are one of the most common and costly renovation callbacks. SH Interior/Exterior’s owner-operated model and 12-year Schluter expertise make this listing a useful resource for anyone planning a bathroom renovation in the Airdrie or Calgary area.
