# Secure Contracting & Renovations Inc — General Contractor in Barrie & Orillia, ON

Secure Contracting & Renovations Inc is a Simcoe County general contractor headquartered in Barrie, ON, with a dedicated Orillia service arm. The firm operates two sibling public sites — [barrierenovator.com](http://barrierenovator.com) for Barrie inquiries and [orilliarenovator.com](http://orilliarenovator.com) for Orillia — and brands its approach as “No Surprises”: systematic scoping, clear contracts, and disciplined communication so homeowners know what is happening before a tool turns.

## Services

- **Kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations** — full-scope interior remodels with design and trade coordination.
- **Home additions** — second-storey adds, rear extensions, and bump-outs under the Ontario Building Code.
- **Custom woodworking** — built-ins, trim carpentry, and bespoke casework.
- **Deck construction and structural repairs** — outdoor-living builds and corrective structural work.
- **Healthy-home renovations** — material and process choices aimed at indoor-air-quality-sensitive households.
- **Excavation and foundation work** — coordinated in-house on projects that need it.

## Service area

Barrie, Orillia, and wider Simcoe County, with regular project coverage extending into York Region. Listed as a member of the Better Business Bureau.

## Why it is on home.renovation.reviews

This listing corrects a gravenhurst import tag that did not match the body. Secure Contracting’s HQ and team are Barrie-based, not Muskoka. The profile now reflects the actual Simcoe / York service footprint and slots alongside the directory’s other Barrie-and-Orillia-adjacent trades rather than the Muskoka cluster.
