Sharing something from our community that matters beyond renovation. **Samm Simon** , Toronto renovator and long-time member of the LF Builders team, is running **251 km** to raise money for cancer research. Not a relay. Not a staged event. 251 consecutive kilometres. Cancer touches virtually everyone in this community. Samm chose a challenge that tests genuine limits to match the weight of the cause — because a number that large is hard to ignore. ## About the Challenge The 251 km run is Samm’s personal commitment to raise funds for cancer research. It is a solo effort, run in full — no stages, no support team covering segments on his behalf. The distance was chosen deliberately: it is far enough to be uncomfortable to read, let alone run.
