# Salt Lake City Contractors — Carpentry, Construction & Home Renovation in Salt Lake City, UT

Salt Lake City Contractors is a small residential construction company founded by Paul Rudd, a Salt Lake City builder whose background in home construction shapes how the company operates. The 5-star rating from 34 customers is consistent, and the reviews tend to mention clear communication and work that comes in as promised rather than veering off-scope.

## Services

- Carpentry and millwork — custom trim, cabinetry, and structural wood framing
- Full home renovations — room additions and gut-and-rebuild remodels
- Smaller-scale remodels — kitchen refreshes, bathroom updates, and finish work

## Approach

Paul built Salt Lake City Contractors around a fairly direct idea: that most renovation problems trace back to the contractor not listening to what the client actually wants. The company takes on a modest project load relative to larger firms, which keeps each job under closer attention. Clients get regular updates and a single point of contact throughout.

## Service area

Salt Lake City and surrounding Salt Lake County.

## Why it is on home.renovation.reviews

A 5-star average on 34 reviews without an outlier is unusual. Small-shop contractors with that kind of consistency typically rely on referrals, which says something about repeat satisfaction that a marketing budget cannot buy.
