# Ropak Construction — Landscape, Masonry & General Contractor in LaSalle, Montréal (Québec)

Ropak Construction Inc. (legal name **Construction Ropak et fils inc.** ) is a LaSalle, Québec residential-and-commercial specialty contractor at **2063 Rue Lapierre, LaSalle, QC H8N 1B1** (phone **514-688-9972** ). The firm was founded by **Rocco Dispaldro** and has been operating for approximately 25 years, making it one of the longer-tenured firms in the emerging Québec cluster on this directory.

Ropak is a **scope-first specialist on landscape and masonry/cement** , with adjacent year-round services that keep the crew productive through all four seasons — a logistical pattern that’s well-suited to Montréal’s hardscape market.

## Services

- **Landscape construction** — residential and commercial landscape packages.
- **Masonry & cement work** — concrete pads, walkways, pavé-uni, structural concrete.
- **Renovation projects** — from small residential through more complex multi-trade scopes.
- **Snow removal** — winter property services that complement the landscape portfolio.
- **General contracting** — coordinated multi-scope work when the job crosses multiple trades.

## Service area

LaSalle · Verdun · Lachine · Dorval · Saint-Laurent · Ville-Émard · Côte-Saint-Paul · downtown Montréal · West Island.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Ropak is the **first dedicated landscape + masonry + cement specialist anchor in the Québec cluster** on home.renovation.reviews. The 25-year continuity under a single founder is a trust signal that’s rare in Montréal’s hardscape market, where turnover and seasonal operators are common. For LaSalle homeowners planning a driveway, walkway, or retaining-wall project, Ropak fills a gap the generalist GCs do not.
