# Rick Savo Custom Renovations Ltd — Bathroom, Kitchen & Basement Renovations in Barrie, ON

Rick Savo Custom Renovations (RSC Renos) is a father-and-son shop run by Rick and Mike Savo out of 305 Sunnidale Road in Barrie. The crew has built decades of hands-on experience around three things: finished basements, custom bathrooms with tiled showers and heated floors, and full kitchen remodels — and they lean on a rotating bench of electricians, plumbers, HVAC/gas-fitters, and engineers to close out every scope.

## Services

- Custom bathroom renovations — tiled showers, heated floors, vanity and fixture installs
- Finished basements from framing through flooring and trim
- Full kitchen remodels with cabinet installation, countertops, and backsplash
- Flooring and tile installation across main-floor and secondary spaces
- Trim, mouldings, painting, stucco removal, and drywall repair

## Service Area

Barrie, Midland, Orillia, Oro-Medonte, Penetanguishene, Elmvale, Horseshoe Valley, Midhurst, and Angus — solid coverage of the Simcoe County corridor from Kempenfelt Bay north.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Father-son shops tend to live or die on the quality of their tile work and their subs, and RSC leans on both. This listing joins the Barrie-proper sub-point opened by [JC Unlimited Contracting Inc (Best of TrustedPros 2023 double-winner)](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/jc-unlimited-contracting-inc/831) and broadens the Simcoe County kitchen-and-bath bench.
