# Renovation Design Group — Architecture-Led Home Remodeling in Salt Lake City, UT (Est. 2003, 1,500+ Projects)

Renovation Design Group was founded in 2003 by architects Ann Bennion Robinson and Annie Vernon Schwemmer, who left full-time architecture jobs to build a firm focused on residential remodeling rather than commercial or new-construction work. Over two decades later, the firm has completed 1,500+ projects and operates out of 824 S 400 W, B123, Salt Lake City, UT 84101. Their phone number is 801-533-5331.

## Services

- Full-house remodels where the scope includes structural changes, not just finish updates
- Basement excavations and conversions — a technically demanding service that requires both design and engineering knowledge
- Primary suite additions, kitchen renovations, and design-led space planning for homeowners who want professional architectural input before construction begins

## Service area

Salt Lake City and surrounding Wasatch Front communities.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Most remodeling firms hire a designer after the project is scoped. Renovation Design Group does it the other way — design is the product, and construction coordination comes from that plan. With a 4.9-star rating and over a decade of sustained client referrals, the firm has validated that model in a competitive market. Their client base typically includes homeowners with complex projects where getting the layout right before demo day matters.
