# Renomen Contracting — general contractor and home renovation in Ajax, ON

Renomen Contracting is a general contractor based in Ajax, Ontario, with a 5-star reputation built across the Durham Region. They take on residential renovation projects throughout Ajax, Pickering, and Whitby, covering kitchens, bathrooms, full-home remodels, and structural scope. Their focus is on reliable workmanship and clear project communication from the initial quote through to the final walk-through, without the hand-offs to subcontractors that erode accountability on larger jobs.

## Services

- General contracting: coordinating subcontractors, pulling permits, and managing residential renovation projects end to end
- Kitchen and bathroom renovation: layout reconfiguration, tile, millwork, plumbing rough-in, and fixture coordination
- Basement finishing: framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, and secondary suite development with proper egress
- Home additions and structural work: extensions, garage conversions, and load-bearing wall modifications

## Service area

Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, and the Durham Region, including Oshawa, Clarington, and Uxbridge.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

Ajax has a substantial residential market but a thinner bench of well-reviewed general contractors than comparable GTA suburbs. Renomen Contracting’s consistent client feedback and broad residential scope make them a practical choice for homeowners in the area who want a vetted, local option rather than a contractor sourced from outside the region.
