## Why this listing matters — Muskoka boathouse-specialist spine

With Randy Blain Construction joining the directory, our Muskoka **boathouse-specialist spine** now anchors three firms across both Muskoka sub-clusters:

- **North Muskoka (Huntsville):** [Randy Blain Construction](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/randy-blain-construction/804) (since 2004) + [Lovegrove Construction & Design](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/lovegrove-construction-design/796) (30+ yr waterfront design-build)
- **South Muskoka (Gravenhurst):** [Sheppard Construction](https://home.renovation.reviews/t/sheppard-construction-cottages-boathouses-custom-homes-in-gravenhurst-muskoka-on/691) (since 1999, multi-generation carpentry)

For homeowners shopping boathouse work on any Muskoka lake, these three shops bracket the tenure, scope, and geographic spread so the comparison can be made on fit rather than availability.
