- Property maintenance and exterior work

South Barre, Barre City, Berlin, Northfield, and surrounding Washington County communities in Vermont.

## Why it’s on home.renovation.reviews

R Gonyaw Builders represents the kind of owner-operated shop that makes up much of Vermont’s residential renovation market — locally accountable, no management layer between Randy and the client, and offering the roofing-plus-GC combination that saves homeowners from managing two separate contracts. Sixteen-plus years in the South Barre market with a consistent review average is a reasonable signal of reliability. Worth getting a quote for roofing or general renovation work in the Washington County area.
